Deserializes an array representing the bytes of a float64.
Parameters
- bytes: number[]
  
  The array containing the bytes representing the float64.
- options: ByteifyOptions = ...
  
  The [[ByteifyOptions]] to use to deserialize the array.

The deserialized float64.
